What is your return policy?

All sales are final at this time, but I do want to include a return/exchange system in the future.

Why are sales final at this time?

Because I’m not used to shipping, so I’ll need to get comfortable with that before I am able to do returns/exchanges for you lovely people <3.

Shipping Cost

The Shipping cost for the 8oz candles will be $7.50 per order. The standard shipping is weight and where it’s being shipped too, which can be around $6-$13 so I met somewhere in the middle. Bigger orders will most certainly cost more for me, so this might change in the future but for right now $7.50 shipping is the average for all orders.

How long does my order take to ship?

I'm going to the post office to deliver all items on Tuesdays and Fridays, with exceptions of Holidays and Major Events. Using USPS standard shipping that can take a 3-5 business days. Please understand that the postal service can also have delays of their own because of holidays, weekend days off, and major events.
